He is survived by: his children, Jim Russell of Somerset and Amanda Burkett of Somerset; his grandchildren, Kayla Murphy and Maddix Burkett; his great grandchildren, Slater Ledford, Bryson Murphy, Allister Murphy, Serenity Ledford and Rhydan Murphy; his former wife Judy Russell; and his friend Ray Troxell.
