He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Brownlow Stonecypher and Ada Sue Diamond; his siblings, Lisa Stonecypher and James David Stonecypher; and his pets, Augie and Cole.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lori Stonecypher Yeager and Mike Stonecypher; his nieces and nephews, Katie Yeager (Tim), Adrienne Anne Stonecypher, Jordan Yeager, Joshua Yeager (Jenny) and William Woods Stonecypher; his great-nephews, Jesse McLean (Ashley) and Noah McLean; his great-niece Kamaryn Diamond; his cousins, LeMoyne Pilcher (Karen) and Kim Sweet; and also, Landon McLean and Jason Diamond.

“I reconnected with Lane on FB a couple of years back. We were friends in Jr High and High school at Somerset, and found out both of us had worked in the chemical dependency field, my last job in health care before becoming disabled. I enjoyed seeing his art. I was an art major at NKU, before nursing school. The first beer I drank we were both Freshmen in highschool and it was warm Carling he had hidden near the end zone in the honeysuckle along the fence at SHS. Lane was a great guy and a friend”
