He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Heath and Hazel McKee Heath; and his close friend Wade. He is survived by: his siblings, Faye Clark, Cordell "Bud" Heath, Pete Heath, Wanda Keith, Mike Heath, Linda Barnes and Gene Heath; his grandchildren, Lauren, Quentin (Mahala), Anderson Logan (Nikala), Candacey (Steve), Jonathan, Annie, Sully, Jake and Ellie; his great grandchildren, Blake, Aiden, Serenity and Scarlett; and the mother of his children Shelby Kennedy Davis. He is also survived by his siblings, long time companion, kids, grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pulaski Funeral Home (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
