He is survived by: his children, Kevin Harper (Andrea) of Virgie, Steven Harper of Virgie and Stacy Bailey (Jonathan) of Waxahachie, TX; his niece Archella Hill; and his nephew Archie Morris. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
