He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar E. Sparks and Faye Kretzer Sparks; and his siblings, Earl E. Sparks, Lillian Charlene Conley and Bertha Ellen Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Carrol Sparks; and his son Stuart Sparks of Somerset.
