He is survived by: his wife Marlene Durham Phillippe; his children, Todd Phillippe of Somerset and Terri Phillippe New (Conley) of Nancy; his siblings, Jim Phillippe (Vicky) of Walltown, Johnny Phillippe (Wanda) of Walltown, Winnie Mae Smith (Crim) of Maineville and Freeda Floyd (Wayne) of South Lebanon, Ohio; his grandchildren, Trey Dick (Tara Maynard) of Somerset, Ethan Hyden and Braydon Phillippe; his great grandchild Poppy Marie Dick; and his close friend Winston Osborne.
