He is survived by: his children, Joseph Parker (Sherri), Cecil Parker and Donna Diecidue (Frank); his granddaughters, Tara Parker, Lydia Diecidue and Sophia Diecidue; his great grandchildren, Emily Abston and Amelia Shaw; and his sisters, Shirley Morrison and Jean Lay. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
