She was predeceased by: her parents, P. C. Hendrix and Billye Snyder Hendrix; her son Russell Edwards; and her former husband Johnny Edwards. She is survived by: her son Travis Edwards (Mary Beth); her grandchildren, Emilee Edwards, Elizabeth Edwards, Erica Edwards and Brian Pearson; her great grandchild Avery Edwards; and her siblings, Brenda Sweeney (Kevin) and Rick Hendrix (Laura). She is also survived by one nephew and two nieces.
