He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Arnold Sneed and Dorothy Fish Sneed; his wife Rosalee Waller Sneed; his son Richard Lee Sneed (Jennifer); and his siblings, Terry (Yvette), Mark, Johnnie (Bobby), Patsy, Beth and Lisa.
