We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2018, Patsy Allen (Smiths Grove, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Hiram Lewis; her son Dale Wayne Allen; and her sister Doris Hunt. She is survived by: her parent Lucille Sledge Lewis; her children, Sandra Bledsoe (Dennis), Pam Williams (Bob), Lisa Harp (Jeff) and Garry L. Allen (Teresa); and her sisters, Betty Magers and Becky Mobley (John). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
