He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Page and Rebecca Susan Bradley Page. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Burns (Roger), Janet Riley (Jasper), Lisa Page, Larry Page (Judy) and Gary Page (Renita). He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be make to the Bowling Green Warren County Humane Society, 1925 River St., Bowling Green, KY 42101.
