He was predeceased by: his parents, James Austin Cornell and Nancy Elizabeth Bennett; his son James Cornell; and his sister Denise Norris. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Cornell, Kelley Fulkerson, Becky Stetz (Mike) and Gabrielle McCarty; his siblings, Donna Whittle and George Stark; and his grandchildren, Oliver Fulkerson, Emma Russell, Lyncoln Stetz, Faith McCarty, Taylor McCarty and Bentley McCarty.
