She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Tarter and Maxine Toms Tarter. She is survived by: her daughters, Brandi Bowlds of Brownsville, Ashley Clark of Louisville, Katelyn Overfelt of Hopkinsville and Lauren Overfelt of Bowling Green; and her grandchildren, Miguel Clark, Chloe Bowlds, Riley Bowlds, Peyton Taylor, Jordan Overfelt, Jaleigh Walker, Jakiah Overfelt, Carson Clark and Jaylah Walker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
