She is survived by: her children, Vickie Whitley (Tony) of Smiths Grove, KY and Eric Forrest (Robin) of Seymore, TN; her grandchildren, Landon, Khaleesi, Dustin and Trenton; and her brothers, Jimmy Goode of Tompkinsville, KY, Casey Goode of Tompkinsville, KY and Kenneth Goode. She is also survived by 1 niece & 2 nephews.
