He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Tibbs and Anna Belle Dunning Tibbs; and his brother Wendall Tibbs. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Tibbs, Jean Rickard, Jerry Tibbs (Carolyn), Jack Tibbs (Joyce), Paul Tibbs (Aleshia) and Darrel Tibbs; and his nephew Tim Rickard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
