She was predeceased by: her parents, Cozy Smith and Helen Duckett Smith; her husband Wallace Meeks; and her siblings, Hugh Calvin Smith, Donald Smith, Johnny Smith and Velma Ann Smith.
She is survived by: her son Charles Meeks (Jayne); her grandsons, Chris Meeks (Deanna) and Casey Meeks (Amy); her stepgranddaughter Charity Parrish (Darren); and her brother Gerald Ray Smith. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three step great grandchildren.
