She is survived by: her significant other Manuel Flores of Smiths Grove, KY; her children, Shawna Puckett (Kim Wren), Janet Paul of Glasgow, KY, Melissa Puckett of Munfordville, KY, Lonnie Puckett (Gina Runyon) of Edmonton, KY, Labian McElroy of Smiths Grove, KY, Floyd Puckett (Beth) of Munfordville, KY, Lucia Walbert of Elizabethtown, KY and Leesa Mundy of Glasgow, KY; her sisters, Doris Dunfort of Shepherdsville, KY, Linda Kay Druen of Edmonton, KY and Patricia Fancher of Hardyville, KY; and her grandchild Kaysie Maria Lee Puckett. She is also survived by several grandbabies, great-grandbabies and one grandbaby.
