She is survived by: her children, Gene Blair (Joyce) of Bowling Green and Melissa Towery (Clark) of Scottsville; her grandchildren, Drew Strickland, William Robert Blair, Lucas Corey Blair, Addison Downing (Ty), Quinn Towery and Mason Towery; her stepgrandchildren, Cody Moore, Neva Fraizer and Colton Fraizer; her great grandchild Elaina Downing; and her brothers, Mike Ballard of Louisville and Dan Ballard (Mary Ellen) of Bardstown.
