She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Shirley and Aline Johnson Shirley; her husband Joe Evans; her son Little Joe Evans; and her brother Daskell Shirley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jonita Piper (Tony) and Bettina Rich (Jeff); her grandchildren, Luke Piper (Ronnie), Mark Piper and Sydney Beth Garrett (Jesse); her great grandchild Nolan Garrett; and her siblings, Travis Shirley (Shirley) and Anice Bishop (Tony).
Those who wish to honor Betty in person at the visitation must wear a mask or facial covering and practice social distancing while inside the funeral home.
