Thomas E. King Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas E. King Sr. of Smithland, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl T. King and Fannie Geneva King (Moyers); and his sisters, Norma King Myrick and Marie Eddleman. He is survived by: his wife Dianne King of Smithland; his children, Thomas Earl King Jr. (Linda) of Mayfield and Paula King Jones (Shawn) of Grand Rivers; his brother Edward King (Cathy) of Simpson, IL; and his grandchildren, Sarah Schmidt (Trent) and Cameron King.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hughes Funeral Home (2975 Old Husbands Rd, Paducah, KY 42003). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
