He is survived by: his children, Vicki Chase (Lynden), Tracy Temple (Denise), Michelle Hodge (Curt), Kenneth Temple (Laurie), Jim Temple and Mark Temple (Kathy); his brother John Malinowski; and his half-sister Linda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a grandchildren.
