He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Parrish and Martha Butler Parrish. He is survived by: his children, Paul Parrish of Murfreesboro, TN and Laura Parrish of Las Vegas, Nevada; his stepdaughters, Mary Goodman of Ledbetter and Cindy Teer (Don) of Marion, KY; and his brothers, Boyd Parrish of Nashville, TN, Gene Parrish of Cadiz, KY and Charles Parrish. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
