She is survived by: her parents, Jim Eubanks and Velvie Eubanks of Smithland; her boyfriend Leo White of Smithland; her children, Janie Smith (Joe) of Smithland and Pete Travis (Amanda Frick) of Eddyville; her grandchildren, Taylor Brown of Smithland, Morgan Shell of Smithland, Wesley Shell of Paducah, Trip Smith of Smithland, J. D, Clay Travis of Eddyville and Brooklyn Martin of Smithland; her great grandchild Harper Morris of Smithland; and her siblings, Karen Jones of Smithland and James Dean Eubanks (J. D.) of Paducah. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
