She is survived by: her husband Robert Kelly; her children, Bobbie Jo Smith (Allen) and David Kelley (Loretta) of Smithland, KY; her grandchildren, Bridget Houston (Brent) of Henderson, KY, Julie Gavin of Henderson, KY, Hannah Kelley of Dallas, Jason Bryant (Kaylynn) of Doniphan, MO, Tyler Keeling, Dexter Keeling, Hailey Houston, Tony Houston, Caitlin Houston, Reed Houston, Kelsey Thompson (Jacob Thompson), Aaron Lucas, Emma Gavin, Elizabeth Gavin, Anna Gavin, Kyla Bryant, Cori Bryant, Ethan Bryant and Haven Bryant; her great great grandchildren, Tai, Evee, Harrison, Jase and Paisley Jo; her brothers, Ray Rudd (Nancy) of Smithland, KY and David Rudd (Cheryl) of Ledbetter, KY; her sister-in-law Sue Rudd of Smithland, KY; her cousin Dora Mae Miley; and her close friends, Doug, Helen Wheat, Marlene, Perry Evans, Billy Joe, Maggie Edmonds and Joey Edmonds.
The family has requested that everyone wear a face mask covering both the mouth and nose throughout the entire service.
