He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Tinsley Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Stephenie Tinsley of Smithland; his children, Emily Alsup (Cole) of Paducah, Elizabeth Riley (Colin) of Salem and Ethan Tinsley of Smithland; his granddaughter Josie Kate Alsup; his mother Faye Tinsley of Paducah; and his siblings, Pawnee Dennis (Brad) of Ledbetter, Steve Tinsley (Michelle) of McDonald, PA., Jody Peck of Smithland and Jason Peck of Ledbetter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces.
