He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnston Lowrance and Lovie Lowrance; and his sister Regina Wade. He is survived by: his wife Faye Lowrance; his children, Lisa Feldsien (Paul) of Paducah and Brian Lowrance (Melissa) of Smithland; his grandchildren, Sarah Watkins, Jacob McCallon, Breanna Clark (Austin), Hannah Manker (Jake) and Rebecca Lowrance; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Parker, Macie, Greyson, Hayden and Henry.
