He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Blevins and Robeda Blevins; his wife Betty Blevins; his children, Felix Curtis Blevins Jr., Elizabeth Harned (David Ray) of Paducah and Stephanie Blevins (Billy McElrath) of Oklahoma City, OK; his siblings, Doug Blevins of Newport, AR and Marie Hurst of Pocahontas, AR; his grandchildren, Hunter Harned (Carly), Heather Harned (Dustin Simons), Lea Harned and Dakota Stanley (Hannah Wilson); and his great grandchildren, Jackson Harned, Hadley Day and Tyler Simons. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
