He is survived by: his mother Barbara Hook of Grand Rivers; his daughter Dalylah Hook of Smithland; his stepson Dylan Emmons of Smithland; his sister Elaine Hook Wailgum of Grand Rivers; and his nieces, Julie and Ruthie.
