He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Theodore and Edna Hook; and his father Cleatis Earl Hook. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Hook of Grand Rivers; his daughter Dalylah Hook of Smithland; his stepson Dylan Emmons of Smithland; his sister Elaine Hook Wailgum of Grand Rivers; and his nieces, Julie and Ruthie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Chapel (319 E Adair St, Smithland, KY 42081). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
