He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Belt and Gloria Ann Belt (McClanahan); and his sister Lawanda Saberniak. He is survived by: his wife Linda Belt (Buford) of Smithland; his daughter Crystal Rhea (Jeremy) of Ledbetter; and his grandchildren, Kambree and Kamden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
