She was predeceased by: her husband David Smith; her sister Vickie Carrico; and her parents, Grady Weatherington and Ethel Weatherington. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Smith (Renee) of Evansville, IN and Allen Smith; and her sister Geraldine Scott of Reidland. She is also survived by four grandsons; one great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
