He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rogers Hooper; his son Dana Hooper of Hillsboro, MO; his grandchildren, Trevor, Hayley Hooper, Phillip, Hollis and Krissandra Smith; and his great grandchildren, Finley, Holli and Kenneth Smith.
