He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edmonds and Mary Laure Edmonds; and his siblings, Coy, Cecil, W. F. Edmonds, Doris Dodds, Monnie Johnson, Mary Weaver and Annie Dodds.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Edmonds; his sons, Gary Edmonds (Wendie) of Smithland and Allen Edmonds (Tabby) of Smithland; his siblings, Kelcy Edmonds of Fairview, Michigan and Minnie Miller of Ledbetter; and his grandchildren, Pricilla Fiers, Brondrick Edmonds and Telor Edmonds. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and two step great-grandchildren.
