He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Horstman, and Virginia Horstman, Jr. (Dunaway). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Horstman (Suter) of Smithfield; his children, Deedee Cox of Lockport, Heather Perry (Josh) of Smithfield, Shelby Webster (PT) of Bagdad, Henry "Bubby" Horstman (Cassie) of New Castle and Hank "Grunt" Horstman of Pleasureville; his siblings, Betty McCarol of Columbia, Patricia Crook of LaGrange, Larry Horstman of New Castle, Junior Horstman (Libby) of Campbellsburg and Bo Horstman of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Justis Berry, Jaxon Lyons, Colton Horstman, Josie Perry, Ava Webster, Nova Horstman, Christopher Morris, Joseph Carey and Isiah Cervantes.
