He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deborah Spicer; his son Stephen Zachary Spicer; his father Pryce Spicer; his sons, William Pryce Spicer (Bethany), David Conrad Spicer (Editha) and Adam Spicer; his grandchildren, Eagan, Caroline, Elias, Easen and Sebastian Spicer; his mother Della Spicer; and his siblings, Patricia Spicer, Debbie Wilson (Bruce) and Dana Spicer (Teresa).

Memorial donations can be made to Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 311 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031 to assist the family with funeral costs.
