She is survived by: her husband Mike Embry of Smithfield; her sons, Clayton Rader (Abie) of Louisville, Trent Rader (Anna) of Petersburg, VA and Quin Rader (Sabrina) of Louisville; her parents, Mike Frazier and Carol Frazier of Campbellsburg; and her siblings, Pam Carey (Dave) of Bradenton, Lisa Prewitt (Guy) of New Castle, Rebekah Frazier (John Harbison) of Lexington, Mathew Frazier (Erica) of Campbellsburg and Michael Frazier (Jada) of Louisville.
