She was predeceased by: her spouse Smith V. Perkins, Jr.; her parents, Ole Robert and Annette Rude Iverson; her children, Kevin Robert Perkins, Melissa Lynn Perkins and Grace Annette Bailey; and her siblings, Dwain R. Iverson and Gwendolyn Iverson.
She is survived by: her son Smith V. Perkins, III of Harrodsburg; her sister Diane L. Yocum; her grandchildren, Aaron Bailey, Stephanie Anness (Brett), Slade Perkins, Seth Perkins, LeeAnn Carter (Bobby) and Adina Perez (Alex); her great grandchildren, Austin Anness, Reis Bailey, Sloane Bailey, Kyzar Perkins, Dakota Perkins, Asher Perkins and Benji Gomez; and her daughter-in-law Vicki M. Perkins. She is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
