He is survived by: his children, Beverly Amburgey (Benny) of Corbin, KY, Greg Green of Smith, KY and Judy Brock of Loyall, KY; his grandchildren, Jonathan Green (Becky) of London, KY, Cynthia Green of Somerset, KY, B. J. Amburgey (Jamie) of Corbin, KY and Amy Bates (Josh); and his sister Mary Belle Hurd of Georgetown, KY. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
