She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Goforth Sr and Evelyn Mason Goforth; her husband Esco Hensley; and her brother Johnny Ray Goforth. She is survived by: her daughters, Henrietta Cornett of Smith and Minnie Evelyn Bailey (Tim) of Harlan; her siblings, Robert Lee Goforth Jr. (Hiley) of Pineville and Mary Belle Williams (Ronald) of Dayhoit; her grandchild Ashley Nicole Shepherd (Donald) of Cumberland; and her great grandchildren, Katelyn Elizabeth Rogers, Halanah Grace Shepherd and Ashdon Gunner Shepherd.
