He is survived by: his children, Harvey Taylor (Karen), Herman Taylor (Jean) and Francis Taylor; his significant other Rosa Lee Smith; his stepson William Thomas Mosby; and his sister Nannie B. Taylor. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
