It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Pace of Smith, Kentucky, who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Pace and Patsy McArthur Pace; and his brother Clarence "Bug" Pace. He is survived by: his significant other Naomi Collins Pace; his daughter Tina (Ben Zunda); his grandsons, JD Zunda (Amanda) and Josh Zunda (Savannah); his great grandchildren, Gunner, Rhyder, Harley, Lily, Blakelynn, Karlee and Kasey; and his siblings, William Pace of Tennessee, Thelma Dillman of Tennessee, Darlene Dillman of Tennessee and Sharon Allen of Harlan. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home (122 N Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Britton Cemetery.
