He was predeceased by: his parent John D. Noe; and his siblings, Raymond Noe and Gillie Ann Wells. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Smith; his wife Phyllis Jean Noe; his daughters, Melissa Renfro (Marty) of Franklin County, KY, Stephanie Coubert (Eddie) of Franklin County, KY, Angela Noe of Franklin County, KY and Rhonda Hitch (Darrell) of Sandy Hook, KY; and his siblings, Mart Noe of Frankfort, KY, Christine Hensley, Rebecca Stewart and Pauline Harris of Florida. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
