He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Newman Kellen of Smith Mills, KY; his sons, Wayne Kellen (Jacque) of Hebbardsville and Shayne Kellen of Smith Mills, KY; his siblings, Rodney Kellen (Jan) of Henderson County, KY and Donna Givens (Terry) of Henderson, KY; his sister-in-law Lisa Kellen Evans of Henderson, KY; and his grandchildren, Caleb Kellen, Tyler Kellen of Smith Mills, KY and Madi Kellen of Hebbardsville, KY. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews Relatives and friends.
