It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Coltan (Smith Mills, Kentucky), born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on November 19, 2018, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Michelle Oliver. He is survived by: his father Rodney Oliver of Smith Mills, KY; his siblings, Jacey Oliver of Morganfield, KY and Wes Oliver of Smith Mills, KY; and his grandmother Johnny Powell of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
