It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Shoulders of Smith Mills, Kentucky, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his pet Layla; his father Rayburn Shoulders; his wife Julie Shoulders (Yates); his children, Adam Shoulders (Katie) of Henderson, Celia Shoulders of Evansville, Austin Shoulders (Brittney) of Loveland and Andrew Shoulders of Smith Mills; his grandchildren, Levi, Anna, Jack, Haylie, Aiden and Andrew; his mother Dorothy Shoulders of Henderson; and his siblings, Murray Shoulders of El Dorado, IL, Stacey Becker (Chris) of Cincinnati and Paul Shoulders (Denise) of Henderson.
