She is survived by: her mother Lena Joyce Embry of Smith Mills, Kentucky; her husband Joseph "Pete" Lewis; her daughters, Paige Hampton (Drew) of Owensboro and Morgan Lewis of Smith Mills, Kentucky; her sister Cathy O; and her mother-in-law Donna Lewis of Smith Mills, Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
