She is survived by: her son Kenneth Vaughn (Ann) of Madisonville Kentucky; her grandchildren, Mason Vaughn (Ashley) of Columbus Ohio and Cary Fisher (David); and her great grandchildren, Hayden Vaughn of Columbus Ohio, Fisher and Wallace Hicks of Island Kentucky.
