He is survived by: his wife Renee Lewis of Smilax, KY; his parents, Larry Lewis and Alphia Engle Lewis of Smilax, KY.; his brothers, Keith Lewis (Rene) of Smilax, KY, Kelvin and Jerry Kilburn (Betty) of Leatherwood, KY.; his siblings-in-law, Johnny Ray Johnson (Cynthia "Chic") of Smilax, KY, Wanda Kilburn (James) of Yeaddiss, KY, Brenda Pennington (Daniel) of Smilax, KY, Maggie Sue Coots of Yeaddiss, KY, Linda Lewis (David) of Smilax, KY and Vicky Hardin (Phillip) of Clay Hole, KY.; his niece Madison Brooke Napier; and his close friend Oscar Fragosa.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gospel Church of Jesus Christ (5959 Cutshin Rd, Smilax, KY 41764). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
