He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hacker Shepherd of Smilax, KY; his siblings, Clayton Shepherd of Lancaster, KY, Lorraine Miller of Lancaster, KY, Minirva Hicks of Lancaster, KY and Ida Mae Day of Brownsville, KY; his grandchildren, Devin Shepherd, Deanna of Georgetown, KY, Jordan Boggs, Leanna of Yeaddiss, KY, James Boggs and Michelle Vickers of London, KY; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Brantley, Bryleigh, Carter Allen and Kiley.
