It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Fields of Smilax, Kentucky, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Herman Fields to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillis Fields and Christine Williams Fields; his stepfather Carl Wells; and his brother Carl Fields. He is survived by: his children, Chris Fields (Tina) of London, KY and Kaylee Fields Couch (Michael) of Yerkes, KY; his siblings, Gillis Fields, Jr. (Wilma) of Smilax, KY and Kathy Ann Caudill (Felix) of Bremen, KY; and his grandchildren, Jared Fields, Michael John Couch, Addilyn Couch and Ty Feltner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the funeral home for the funeral expenses.
