He is survived by: his children, Jackie Shepherd (Howard) of Cornettsville, KY, Angela Kelly of Slemp, KY, Clayburn Shepherd (Glenda) of Slemp, KY and Joe Polly (Tina) of Slemp, KY; and his sisters, Mildred Couch of Slemp, KY, Donna Kay Holbrook of Indiana and Audrey Vanderpohl of Indiana. He is also survived by Six Grandchildren; Five Great-Grandchildren; One Great-Great-Grandchild.
